At days end, come back to your vacation cabin, enjoy preparing a meal in the fully equipped custom kitchen, the Chefs' kitchen with 6 burner gas stove, microwave, oven, breakfast bar and dining area with double sides view gas fireplace, then play pool or ping pong. To spoil yourself wind down in the hot tub (coming soon). If you prefer to watch a movie in front of one of the large-screened smart TVs, use Fire stick and Wi-Fi available.

We are glad we were able to get the A/C Technician as fast as we did and replace the unit, not an easy task to get professional people these days, remember that electrical and mechanical equipment can fail at anytime without warning, the only thing we can do is to provide our guests with the customer service and support they deserve in an expediate manner. The positive situation is that this property has 3 A/C units, one in each floor that compensate to keep the house cool. Thank you much for your understanding and so glad you enjoyed your stay.

We appreciate your understanding, sometimes electrical and mechanic equipment fail unexpectedly, all we can do is to promptly make arrangements for technicians to take care of the situation. Unfortunately, refunds are not part of these unforeseen malfunctions, clearly stated in our rules and policies, but we appreciate your patience during the process. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation at “Water’s Edge as a Premier property with access to wheelchair, however this property is not classified as handicap, as a courtesy we installed support bars in the master shower, there is a comfortable access from the parking area to the main floor, the open floorplan makes it easy to maneuver all the main floor areas including the Master King Suite.

Thank you for your comments. Nottaly Lake is managed by TVA, unfortunately we do not have any control over their decisions of water levels, in general winter all the lakes share water to Florida and Alabama.

Thank you much for your stay with us. Unfortunately, the water levels are managed by the TVA without our input or warning, in general all lakes in the area that shared water to supply FL and AL lover the levels during winter, however, the large dock we have in the cabin is moved so our guests always have the benefit of water and the floats don’t get damaged, very sorry for the inconvenience, but maybe we will see you back in Summer.

We apologized for the inconvenience, somebody broke the oven door and it is in the process to be replaced, however, we installed a brand new portable oven, very efficient and same size of the regular oven, it takes few days for the replacement to be delivered and installed.

We are very sorry for the issues you mentioned now and didn’t mentioned to the property manager that stopped by the property to see you as soon as you called 5 days after your arrival; the only comments you mentioned several times were based on how happy you were and have all positive comments at that moment for the property and for us.

Unfortunately, you didn’t mention any of the issues you are here commenting including the hot tub; after 5 days of enjoying the hot tub most likely you were the ones who make it dirty, we are sure you were to mention something when the property manager was on site, but you didn’t. However, right after your called on your 6th day into your vacation we deployed the crew to clean up the hot tub immediately.

We are proud to always respond within minutes to all guests requests, including the unexpected ones like yours seeing a ghost on the road, in this one we really couldn’t do much, but we showed up.

I like to make an observation in regards the cover of the hot tub, it is almost impossible a kid or 2 kids or young people (LOL) for that matter will be able to move or remove the hot tub cover, sometimes is hard for 2 adults to do it, for sure straps are not needed at all. However, all minors shall always keep close to any adult supervision to assure their safety.

As you were aware in our Check-in/Checkout procedures Check-in is schedule at 3:00PM and Checkout at 10:00AM; you also can enjoy extra time booking the prior night and checkout one night after your schedule times. Specially when we have back to back bookings we have limited time for cleaning and prepare the property for another family that just like you want to arrive earlier and departure later, not possible at all. We want to apologize for the inconvenience you experience during your arrival, the full housekeeping service was done just 2 days prior to your arrival and in the morning of your arrival we prep the cabin, clean the porches with blower and broom to remove any cove webs, wash the cover of the hot tub, wipe clean all the patio furniture in each section of each porch, clean floors inside the cabin to fresh them up and deliver your welcome basket, turn on the TV set with soothing music, turn on some lights and open blinds as an extra courtesy to you and your family.

Maybe is just the time of the year where we have to work closer to the arrivals or maybe we just need to ask for your kind call to let us know the issue and we can dispatch somebody to help you right in the moment, we always are prompt to assist our guests, our commitment is to make you happy and for you to enjoy your stay every time.
