Are you ready for A REEL GOOD TIME? Now with Hot Tub! You’ll find it at this dog-friendly lakefront home with gorgeous outdoor living spaces and wide range of lake amenities just outside your back door. It accommodates up to 8 guests with 2 Queen Master Suites and 1 Queen with 2-Twin bunkbeds.

The Large Dock offers lots of room to tie up your boat and jet ski. Bring your own water toys and launch them by the Boat Ramp at the end of the street or rent from Nottely Marina. You’ll love the dock’s swing, lounge chairs, sitting area, and permanent rod holders…so don’t forget your fishing gear!

The Tiki Bar boasts a covered picnic table and mini fridge. There’s ample counter space for cleaning your catch of the day, plus a yard swing and attached deck for sunbathing.

The Covered Porch provides a gas grill, large dining table, swing, and plenty of cozy seating. The enchanting decorative lights and gas fire pit make this area a favorite for moonlit family gatherings.

On the main floor, you’ll enjoy two Queen Master Suites, one with walk-in shower, large closet, and garden tub perfect for unwinding, and another with walk-in closet and tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms feature a TV, plenty of drawer space, and French doors which open directly to the porch, offering a breathtaking long-range view of the lake and mountains.

Enjoy this same stunning view from the open Family Room which features a leather recliner, chair/ottoman, and sofa, all perfect for TV watching or napping!

Between the bedroom suites, the fully equipped open Kitchen showcases a large island and modern appliances including a new dishwasher. Adjacent, there’s a country table for sharing a meal and celebratory bottle of wine!

Downstairs, the large Rec Room features an entertainment center, huge leather sectional with recliners, an additional leather sofa, large TV, and a kitchenette complete with sink, fridge, and microwave. The dining table converts to a games table for a heated poker match or a lively round of bumper pool.

Adjacent to the rec room and laundry closet with washer and dryer, is the ideal bedroom for children and teens, featuring a Queen Bed, 2-Twin Bunkbeds, and large bathroom with huge walk-in shower.

A REEL GOOD TIME is located only 2 miles from Walmart; a short drive from downtown Blairsville, Vogel State Park, Brasstown Bald, GA Mountain Fairgrounds, waterfalls, restaurants and shops; short drive to Murphy, NC to the Casino; and a half-hour drive from Blue Ridge and Hiawassee. Although TVA lowers water levels in winter, this home features a deep-water dock and excellent fishing year-round.

You can thoroughly enjoy the fun of Lake Nottely and surrounding areas, from fishing, boating, and hiking to simply splashing by the dock. Whether you’re looking for a short getaway or a long vacation, this unique property will have you returning year after year for A REEL GOOD TIME!
